See assets in their real surroundings
Place buildings, equipment and pipelines in their actual locations, so asset information also shows where each asset is and what it connects to.
Digital twin solutions
Connect spaces, equipment, operations and knowledge
to support everyday management and site coordination.
Place buildings, equipment and pipelines in their actual locations, so asset information also shows where each asset is and what it connects to.
Map equipment status, environmental readings and production progress to the scene, alongside business systems, to understand operations.
Link alerts to equipment and areas, together with video, inspection and response records, to help teams assess and act.
Use 3D assembly and disassembly, simulation training and digital humans to deliver business knowledge, explanations, enquiries and operating guidance.
Across campuses, ports, grain depots and vessels,
connect site conditions with business information in the scene.

Combine 3D modelling, IoT integration and digital humans
with the technical and application capabilities your business needs.
Combine BIM, GIS, photogrammetry and custom 3D models to organise campuses, buildings, workshops and equipment for walkthroughs, information access and simulation.
Connect IoT sensors, PLCs and systems such as MES and ERP, linking equipment status, environmental monitoring and operational information to 3D models.
Combine digital human characters, voice interaction and business knowledge for scene explanations, data enquiries and training across large screens, web and mobile apps.
Combine models, data, rendering and interaction within the project scope,
based on existing equipment, business systems and target devices.
Bring characters, knowledge and data together
to make services and information easier to understand.
Engines, interfaces and deployment options are selected for project conditions; domestic platform compatibility is verified against the specific hardware and software.
For factories, ports, grain depots and other sites,
customise AI digital twin solutions around equipment conditions and management workflows.
Design connections and automation scope around site equipment, data availability and business rules.
First discuss equipment conditions and business goals, then design integration, AI capabilities and workflow rules.
Scope, AI analysis capabilities, automatic assignment and human confirmation points are defined through site assessment and planning.
From grain depots and ports to campuses, vessels and management cockpits,
explore how digital twins support different operating environments.
A 3D digital twin of a grain depot integrates warehouse, grain condition, inbound and outbound movement, energy use and security video data, with a dashboard and management platform delivered together.
Warehouse management, grain condition monitoring, gas detection, weather monitoring and alerts, supported by a digital twin visualization dashboard.
Link vessels, cargo handling facilities and operating status in a night-time port scene, illustrating berthing, ship-to-shore connections and handling processes to support stage checks and safety confirmations.
Bring operational risks and alerts from multiple regions onto a map, with risk levels, event types and response status, helping management move from an overview to priority areas and pending actions.
Organize campus buildings, people, zones and surveillance access within a 3D panorama. An overall view and area analysis help managers understand the spatial layout and operational priorities.
View port spaces, vessels, equipment and operational metrics together, with equipment maintenance records, pipeline information and risk alerts to assess operating conditions.
Reconstruct the spatial distribution of cranes, yards, containers and vessels as a 3D foundation for berth viewing, site walkthroughs and operational area introductions.

First define user roles and management goals,
then connect models, data and systems.
Review the site, existing systems and management priorities to establish what needs to be seen, connected and resolved.
Review drawings, BIM/GIS and equipment records, confirming model accuracy, hardware conditions and data interfaces.
Complete modelling, live data mapping and business views, adding digital humans, video and simulation as needed.
Check models, data and interaction, then complete integration, testing and acceptance with the relevant users.
Agree deliverables around business needs,
checking visual results alongside practical operating conditions.
start with models, hardware and systems
to confirm the right scope and ways of working.
We first assess existing BIM/GIS, 3D models, equipment and interfaces, prioritising suitable materials and systems. Additional modelling, interface changes and new hardware are confirmed individually within the project scope.
Integration can cover sensors, PLCs, video and personnel positioning, alongside MES, ERP and other business data. Specific devices, interfaces, update frequencies and connections are confirmed against site conditions.
We select technologies such as Three.js or Unreal Engine based on scene scale, visual quality, device performance and interaction needs, then plan deployment for web, apps, large screens and the target environment. Compatibility with domestic platforms requires validation against the specific hardware and software.
Digital humans can explain scenes, answer knowledge questions, retrieve data and support training. We first define accessible knowledge and data, then configure voice, lip synchronisation, motion and business interaction within agreed permissions.
We first review site equipment, data interfaces and management goals to define the data, AI analysis scope and 3D objects. We then design anomaly detection, alert location, work order assignment, site feedback and recovery rules around roles, teams and approval processes. Automation scope, human confirmation points and acceptance scenarios are agreed after site assessment and planning.
